Terms and Conditions

Sumo Wrestling Rentals agrees to provide:

Two Sumo Wrestling Suits

Wigs for each wrestler

Referee Outfit including: Kimono, Hat and Ceremonial War Fan

Floor mats with ring markings

Instruction Booklet

The Renter agrees to provide:

Insurance for the event, insuring all equipment for theft, fire and other common coverage.

Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. must be named as an additional insured on liability insurance.
Staffing for the event.
Replacement costs of any items lost or damaged during the rental period, including shipping times.
Shipping costs.

Terms:

Full payment is required prior to the event date to secure the booking. Please make cheque payable to Dragonfly Promotions, Inc.
Cancellation and Termination: This contract may be cancelled if notice, in writing, is received within two weeks prior to the rental date. After such time the full contract amount is due and payable. In the event The Renter fails to make the payment as stated or fails to comply in any respect with the terms of this agreement, Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this agreement without notice and all rights of The Renter hereunder shall cease and terminate. Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. as liquidated damages for breach of contract will retain any payment made by the Renter on account.
Indemnity: The Renter accepts all risks associated with Sumo Wrestling Rentals. The Renter shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. their officers, agents or employees for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. their officers, agents and employees, against all claims, losses, suits, damages judgments, expense costs and charges of every king resulting from King Size Boxing.

Sumo Wrestling Rentals is a registered product of Dragonfly Promotions, Inc. and may not be reproduced or copied in any way with the written consent of Dragonfly Promotions, Inc.
